Oh deviantart, aren't you just filled with idiots.
First of all, I understand people draw art for living or to open commissions for their budget which is fine, art isn't cheap, but people overtake this "payment" method into extreme. What are closed species? They're a "species" made from animal parts and you're not aloud to use the idea unless you pay a certain amount of money. Bullshit, huh? It gets worse
Most Closed Species I've came across are dogs and cats either combined with in-adamant objects or other animals, some just represent the artist's style like Sushi Dogs and charge their species 5-25$ just to create one, which in my opinion is a total gamble. Look, obtaining money is hard I understand, but when you just open a reference sheet of a catfish and make people pay 10$ to make their own is plain lazy and rude. Money is a reward, you have to put effort into it and in my opinion squishing two animals together and forcing your younger watchers to pay to make one isn't effort. If you need money, open goddamn commissions. You say you make a living off art, then act like you do. If making art is hard, you shouldn't make a living out of it.

Are any of you still active...?
This account is hitting like what.....5 years old holy shit. But i gotta wonder, do any of you still follow me? Bc i'm thinking of moving this account for good, and post art there. It probably won't be pokemon or furries like art i used to post but if you're interested in stuff like fire emblem or persona i guess it might interest you.
In case people still watch me here
I'm no longer using this account because of my general dislike for my history of this account and well the entire fucking website as a whole
So annoy the shit out of me here; http://takuurrin.tumblr.com/
It's mostly Fire emblem, but there's other stuff.
Nintendo Direct
Honestly, I'm just in grave shock Cloud is in Smash. I guess Final Fantasy isn't technically owned by Sony so I guess it may make sense but i feel like they were better candidates.
But honestly, I kinda don't want Linkle. She's basically a genderswap Link and i really just want already existing characters.
ALSO MY WIFE IS IN HD
PLEASE LOOK AT MY NEW POST

I draw closed species for free all the time. I just don't post them. :I
I'm frankly ok with closed species, since the only REAL downside is not being able to post them on the internet without paying (if you even respect the artists' wishes). Also, it's frankly easy to alter a 'closed species' into something original and your own if you know what you're doing.
